Poor Service from Hyundai Menlyn

In 2012 I bought an Elantra from Hyundai, Menlyn with 14000km on. Since I bought the car it had two exhaust replacements and a new steering wheel. On all 3 replacements I had to wait over two months, without them even updating me on the status. The car is now on 60 000km. On 45 000km it went for a service and I indicated to them that the clutch has got a squeak noise and when I brake there is a loose nut type sound coming from the front. Yesterday (the 4th time) I got my car back and both problems are still there. This will be the 5th time I have to take it back for the same problems. Apart from this is that when you call them, you never get through or when you get through you have to wait almost 30 minutes before someone starts talking to you. This is unacceptable and poor service from Hyundai. I'm now taking it to another dealer or strongly considering buying another car... not Hyundai
