It is now nearly two weeks I am waiting for my FNB card. Promise upon promise!!! Last week I had a appointment twice for the delivery, the Wednesday and the Friday. Sitting and waiting... Then the SMS: CCD has been unable to contact you for delivery... please call... destruction, bla bla bla... and once again I call them, make an appointment and then the sms; that makes you think that your cellphone is up to no good and makes you feel IT IS YOUR fault!!! Yesterday (2013-10-15) I received the same message. Phone the helpdesk, after a while spoke to a consultant... 'Sir, I will phone you back' ... This morning the sms: CCD has been unable... For crying in a bucket!!! All I want is my card so I can start arranging my business!!! The joke? Nobody EVER contacted me (except the sms's) to deliver the card.
At this stage I am furious with FNB - promising me the world and if this the start of a relationship I wonder if it is worth starting. Maybe the BEEB-bank is still better!!!???
