I sent my car for a service which cost close to R6000.00 and I get told by reception that the driver will be at my work to fetch me at 16h30, I then personally spoke to the driver to give him directions and he too said he will be here at 16h30. The I eventually get hold of them at 17h30 with no feedback from them only to be told there has been confusion? Why didnt they phone, why did I need to contact them? I advise nobody to use Hyndai in PMB EVER.
