Bought brand new X5 M sport 14 September and delivery, took car and terrible shudder on steering. Contacted "sms" Kevyn Monday and advice, he promise to fix car Wednesday or book it in, got car back nohting done on wheels. No booking, Saturday took to tiger wheel and tyre, both balancing and allingment out, got it done. Provided invoice to Kevyn and now refuse to refund us becuase:
- We took it there out of choice, not correct as you had car to fix it
- This should have been done prior to delivery
- Got told x5 should pull to the left and T&G does not know how to do allingment on these cars, yet it is fixed
- Marius refuse to take cals from a cleint or call back
- Mr Haese is not involved anymore
- All kevyn asked for is a good review or he will loose R4000
My Advice:
- Numerous issues with this dealer, use someone else
- Never provide a refrence before all is sorted
- Never waste your time, if they are so pety about R450 gues what they will do with your big claim or problem, as we also had our fair share of that and to date, never a call from O mighty Mr marius the DP, ever to date!!!
