Bad service and DP does not give a damm!!!

Boough brand new X5 14 September, informed Kevyn 16 September balancing out. Was pormised it wil be sorted on the 19 September (never done). After this they did nothing on problem. We took car to Tiger wheel and tyre 21st as one cannot drive like this, problem fixed, BMW no and Kevyn refuse to refund R450 as we took it there by choice.
- No we did not, car was there to fix and never done
- How was car delivered and went throught your so called pre-delivery inspection with this out
- One cannot drive like this, was told to take to another dealer if it was so urgent, closest is mirand and PTA, if something happend on the way it would have been our problem

Marius, all mighty refuse to talk to us or take our calls, Kevyn misled us by promising it will be sorted and never done.

Word of advice, check al the complaints, BMW SA have no mandate over them and they cvan do what ever they please.

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, MARIUS AND KEVYN AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS. SEND US A SNOTTY LETTER AND TO DATE NO CALL OR MAIL REPLY FRO O MIGHTY MARIUS.

MR HAESE NOT INVOLVED ANYMORE, SO THEY DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!
