I had a not so good experience when purchased a new vehicle from Nissan Mossel Bay about two months ago, due to small things promised, which did not materialised. I did not complain about this as I know when dealing with people mistakes are made and not all promises are always kept - BUT when it comes to an agreement where Nissan Mossel Bay agreed to pay an amount of R8500.00 into my Wesbank account due to a mistake made by them on the original contract, it is not poor service anymore - IT IS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTISE AND I EXPERIENCE IT AS CORRUPTION. It is nearly 2 months now since the above was agreed upon and after I noticed on my Wesbank statement on 29 October 2013 that the payment still does not reflect I phones the Salesman and informed him about this. He promised that Collin in the finance department will phone me the next morning, but still I did not receive any response. Everyone I know in Mossel Bay, braai with and play golf with, will definitely know about this.
