Very Bad Attitude

I took my Rear tyre that had punctured on a return trip from Swaziland, to be repaired, this they were unable to do and recommended a new one, which they had already ordered,
I agreed to this replacement- Whilst replacing this tyre another "team" start removing my left front, I asked them what they were doing and the reply from the dealer principle was that they wanted to "show me something" I asked that they leave that tyre as I did not have a problem with it!
On the way to the airport the next morning, my steering started to shudder, I thought I had another puncture, Pulled over checked the tyres, no puncture- got back in-travelled another 200 meters to the off ramp and had another good look, my one wheel nut was missing and the other nuts were very loose, on the LEFT FRONT TYRE. Contacted the dealer principle who told me that he saw them tighten the wheel and it was a Volvo problem and to complain to them, I asked him for an apology, he refused and put the phone down on me.
I have since made contact with Basil Read (M.D. Hi Q?) who has apologised for the conduct but no one has come back to me on the problem..my tyre could/would have come off with serious consequences..
