On the 11th Sept, my 4ton truck broke down in BFN and the cylinder and gearbox had to be repaired, this so called mechanic repaired my truck without replacing a rubber seal, after paying in full, the wife of Jan, didnt release my truck as the she wanted to withdraw the money first before she handed the keys to my driver, making him sleep in his truck, once we took the truck back to JHB the oil leaked out and the truck was taken back to my workshop and the gearbox open up once again to replace the seal. Jan has refused to accept the report from my workshop with regards to the repairs and costs and his wife used vulgar words and hangs up every time I try calling their workshop. Both Jan and his wife and very rude and have no respect and manners, they have refused to compensate me for all my costs incurred. Please beware of their incompetency and bad service and bad attitude towards people.
