I VE bought a Nissan Navarra from Mccarthy menlyn. I took delivery of the vehicle on the 5 june. on the 11th june i all the sales person (name) Ernst and tell him that the Navara is using water. They collect the Navara on the 12 june. On the 14 June i phone Ernst again to find out what is going on. He said that they took the Navara to Steves auto clinic and they will do the nesesary test to see what is wrong the the Navara. on June 21 i phone Ernst again to find out what is going on. He told me that Steves auto clinic done some test and they must replace the head and that will cost R40000-00. I ask Ernst when and how long will the take to replace the head. He told me that he will take two weeks to replace the head. I spoke to Fourie and he told me that the car will be ready on the 4July. The 4 th July i spoke to again and then he said that the car is not finish it will take another two weeks. I try to get hold of the ceo and they gave me a number of Ralf Nortjie i try to get hold of him but without success. On the 8 july i spoke to Ttjaart du Plessis and he told me 5 to 10 days for repairs because Steves auto clinic are very busy. This is going on for a month now.
