I ordered a package from One day Only and the parcel was sent on the 1st of October with FDX2 (Next day delivery). It is now the 11th of October and I still have not received my parcel.
I have been phoning the call center and no one can tell me when I will get it or why it`s late.
When I entered the tracking number on the website, I found it left Cape Town, came to PE (Where is should be) went to Johannesburg then to Middle Burg, back to Johannesburg, back to mIddleburg again, and now it just sitting in Port Elizabeth again.
I phoned again this morning and the lady said she will find out when they are going deliver the parcel, I am still waiting for her to phone me back, they are closed by now. I tried phoning the Port Elizabeth Office and lucky me, no one is answering the phone.
This is beyond pathetic, a 2 day delivery is now going into day 12 and NO ONE can help me.
When I purchase via the internet again (which I do alot) I will make sure to never use them again!
I have this horrible feeling that my parcel will be beyond repair because of all the travelling, I wonder who will refund my money if and when I eventually receive it???
