I was assisted by 'the lady that runs the show' Faieda, when booking my 1yr old vehicle in for minor repairs to the backside - lovely manner & most efficient. Upon collection of my vehicle, I raised an issue (the colour of wheel arch was clearly more yellow than the bright white of bumper i.e. area of the works). This was noted by Faieda prior to my collection as conveyed to me by her in the presence of my 14yr old daughter, and was clearly visible to me. We brought this to the attention of the person running the show who was less than friendly in his approach to the situation. I returned home to check paperwork for a previous chip repair to the door itself & called back to provide feedback as this could not have had anything to do with the current problem although on the same side of the vehicle. The less than friendly man called me back, spoke to me in a way which smacked of contempt / definite sexist approach. The phone was on loudspeaker during the time of the call & a colleague indicated that dealing with a customer in this manner was 'not on'. I raised the issue of the of a pair of Rayban sunglasses and was brushed off, to add fuel to the fire!
