Disgusted and disappointing service

I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle on 10/09/2013. contacted sales consultant George Honeyball to complain vehicle faulty a few days after and he adv to take it thru 2 my mech for a check.on physical inspection it was evident vehicle was involved in front smash.amougst other faults i had detailed fault report sent to Roche the used car sales manager`s reqyuest inorder to return vehicle.it has taken almost 3 draining weeks for them to finally come collect vehicle and reimburse me in full. Thia is simply a delay tactic on their side.last week i got hold of the regional principal dealer Andrew Dean who promised to get this resolved but refused to reimburse me until vehicle in their possession and adv that the only guarantee i had was his word. a few more days went past and still no feedback i called Kia headoffice to lay a complain spoke to Brendan Braaf case mang he promised to follow up n come back. more days passed car still not collected.yest they send driver without any insurance or responsibility docs to collect.i called Fiona Mtshali Kia cust care mang she agrees sud have some sort of doc b4 releasing my car to driver.sends a used vehicle appraisal form. car still not collected 2day
