I bought a new Cayman S in August, based on the experience provided, I was left disillusioned. Despite addressing my concerns in writing to the CEO of Porsche South Africa (after my experience), there has been no response. I feel regret in buying the car (not for the performance or enjoyment of the vehicle, which is great), but the pure disappointment in the manner that I was dealt with. It still frustrates me, (a month later), that the CEO did not take the time to respond or address my concerns directly, especially considering the expecations you have when buying a car like this.
