PATHETIC!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I HAD A SERVICE LIGHT COME ON IN MY CAR, I WENT TO BARLOWORLD CENTURION ON 26/9/13. I WANTED TO KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DUE FOR AS SERVICE.I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT CAR SERVICES ECT AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY SERVICE BOOK WAS MISSING, I COULDN'T CHECK TO SEE WHEN LAST MY CAR WAS SERVICED. I WAS TOLD BY ELNA THAT I CAN BRING MY CAR FOR A SERVICE ON MONDAY 30 SEPT. I TOLD HERTHAT I HAVE AN EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN WITH UNITRANS EQUSTRIA PLAN. AND THAT PRE-ATHURASATION NEEDS TO BE UPTAINED BEFORE THE CAR IS SERVICED.I ALSO ARRANGED WITH HER THAT I WILL BRING MY CAR AT 7AM ON MONDAY, BECAUSE I'M A SINGLE PARENT AND NEED MY CAR BACK AT 16:00.TO COLLECT MY SON FROM SCHOOL. SHE GARANTEED ME THAT MY CAR WILL BE READY AND THAT THEY WILL CALL MY SERVICE PLAN PROVIDER TO OBTAIN AUTHERISATION. I TOOK MY CAR IN ON MONDAY MORNING AT 7 I THEN AGAIN TOLD HER I NEED MY CAR AT 16:00. THAT DAY AT 16:00 MY CAR WAS STILL NOT SERVICED, NO AUTHESATION WAS OBTAINED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR MY SERVICE (THAT WASNT EVEN DONE!!) I SPOKE TO NICHOLAS THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT PROMISED TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM. HE NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 15MIN. BAD SERVICE!!!
