Ad attitude and poor service

I booked my car in for a service on monday 27 January for friday 31 January. I specifically told karien that I had extended my service plan with liquid capital and asked her if that was in order. She said that it was not a problem and that I could bring my car in. When I broughtmy car in for the service I was told by karien that she could not service my car because they do not work with liquid capital. She kept argueing with me and giving me an attitude. I was then told by her manager that I should leave my car and that they would sort the matter out and when I called later that day I was told that my car had not been serviced. The manager and karien where full of excuses and they kept blaming liquid capital for the delay. I still do not have my car serviced and the only service I received was attitude, bad customer service and was treated like a second class citizen. I am extremely angry
