I went to Barloworld Centution on Friday (20/07/2013) to check when can they book in my car for service and guess my luck they say Saturday is open and was soo ecstatic thinking its the weekend by monday i shuld be sorted welll i guess wronged. told me to bring in the car @ 8h00 am and boy i was there sharp considering its a saturday... i did all the paperwork and they advised me they dont have a lift service available on saturdays okay granted i organised a friend to pick me... their word was "CAR WilLL BE READY @ 13h00... and i came in way before time and waited eventually went to the cashier lady cant recall her name... the shock i gott they didnt do service on my car because there was an overbooking of cars blah blah fishpaste... no one bothered to inform me before hand till i was there to collect the car.and they took longer to bring it guess trying to ease their consciences by washing it... i didnt want a car wash but wanted a car service only.well they kept giving giving me their lousy excuses but weird that almost all the cars were serviced except mine... anyways i will never ever set my foot there its was my first and the last time!!!
