Bad after sales service

I bought a second hand car at Toyota in Centurion beginning of March and everything was good. A week later the battery of the car died, and i had to replace it, having been told by the sales guy that they would refund me the amount i paid, but to my dismay they did not.
They also told me, when i bought the car it had been serviced, however the service book was not updated, and now the car is due for service and when i checked at a Toyota in my home town when last the car was serviced they told me last year September. I am still awaiting for the service record that the sales guy had promised to email to me, in March.

I am very disappointed and upset about the after sales service i have received!!!
