Before the vehicle had done 200km, the clutch gave in, causing much unpleasantness.
The vehicle is currently in a workshop in Alberton where I had to leave it as I was unable to get it home without a clutch.
Grievances
1stly False advertising and blatant lying.
No air conditioner as unit had been removed, prior to my purchase. You and your manager assured me, all that was required would be a re-gassing of the system. Impossible as there is no A/C system
2ndly.
According to the Invoice you gave me to sign, and the Registration document, the engine belongs to another vehicle. No Police clearance certificate was offered to me.
The name and number you gave me for the previous owner was also false, as attested to by the document given to me after you received my money.
As I am legally still within my cooling off period, you have two options.
Either I get my money back in full, Or you supply me police clearances, correct documentation and refund me 10k to pay toward the repairs and air-conditioning system.
