Mr Gary Law runs a motor vehicle repair come machining shop in Kayasands. He worked on my motor vehicle and took 2 months to install the engine. He quoted me R5000-00 but gave me a bill for R15000.00. After an I insisted that he drive the vehicle 1000km to test it, as this was the second time he had done this job and the previous time the vehicle drove for about 500km before it broke dow. He delivered the vehicle without payment for me to test. Again it ran for 300km and started smoking. After a strip down at a reputable shop it has been revealed that Gary Law had been dishonost by stating that he had fitted certian parts which he had not. He had perviously installed a new clutch kit and charged for it. This clutch assembly should have been fitted tio the second engine. It has now been revaled that he has unlawfully taken the new clutch kit and replaced it with a worn out friction plate. He refuses to respond.
