On the 25/07/2012 I bought a Polo 1.9 TDi 96.kw from motor world cc, on the 14/09/2013 I wanted to trade the vehicle in, the salesman from a different dealership brought to my attention that the vehicle was actually a Polo 1.9 .TDi 74.kw. I then verified this with VW and it was indeed the case. I confronted the dealership but he denied all accusations even thought his son showed him they were at fault. Then he only offered me R10 000 or to trade in the vehicle and insisted that he was not at fault.
