Complete and Utter Lack of Service

We took our vehicle in to Barloworld Centurion on 12-9-2013 for a clutch replacement/Window Mechanism repair & rattle under steering column. The next day they sent it to Rex Diff & Gearbox (a subcontractor) for the clutch.

The next week after receiving no response from BW, I called in & the service lady (Rochelle) had left the company. I complained in this regard as no one has made contact with me. It was then told there was "No" stock available in the country. "6 - 8 weeks for parts, there is a strike going on" I then offered to Import the part personally.

1-10-2013 I received a call from Nick informing me that they have found the Pressure Plate from another branch, that I will have the car back by the end of the week, and the subcontractor will be wavering the labor costs.

4-10-2013 I called in to confirm if the vehicle will be ready for collection only to discover that the subcontractor was struggling to program the vehicle and that the subcontractor had to send the vehicle to Williams Hunt Edenvale for programming.

8-10 " The DP (Alda) "your file is closed, it was handed to RDG because of Motorite we would have had to charge you 35% service charge to claim"

Still no car!
