Exceptional service and thoughtfulness

I live in KZN and was on my way to deliver a workshop for Sasol in Springs when my warning light came on indicating that one of the headlight bulbs needed replacement. I googled BMW Springs and phoned your dealership. Danie suggested I bring my car in early the following day and he would see what he could do to assist.

When I did so, Azhar investigated and discovered that not only did the car need a new bulb but it also needed its 50, 000 km check. He suggested that this be done while the car was in your workshop. What a tremendous help! I live a long way from my nearest dealership in Pietermaritzburg and the round trip is several hours. Azhar's intervention has saved me all this time and effort.

As I was due to start running my session for Sasol at 8:30, Peter very kindly offered to take me to the venue and drop off my vehicle later. This he did - and it was spotlessly clean too. Way beyond my expectations!

I have always been impressed with the service I have received from BMW both in Johannesburg and Pietermaritzburg, but Springs goes to the top of the scoreboard.
