Vehicle was booked in for service on Thursday and i took it in Wednesday afternoon, On Friday was advised at about 16h00 that the vehicle was not ready as they were still waiting for spares. They advised that they could not provide a courtesy vehicle. On Monday i had to follow up again to get progress, was advised that they were almost done and that i should come collect the vehicle at 16h00. I drove all the way to collect the vehicle, as i was 5 min away, i was advised that i shouldnt come in as vehicle was not ready. I requested to speak to a manager and then spoke the service manager who informed me that they were still busy with something. Again i requested for a courtesy vehicle and was told that they couldnt help. On Wednesday when i dropped off my vehicle i witnessed a man who demanded a courtesy vehicle and it was provided within minutes. When i was busy complaining, the service consultant walked away leaving me with the service manager, she even threatened that she would not deal with me and that she would ask another consultant to deal with me.

I was left stranded without a car and without a service consultant to help me. Manager said he couldnt assist.
