Ripped off

I recently took my Renault Cleo to Rivonia Car Care Clinic for a routine service. Although they advertise a service at from R599 to R1399, they kept the car for a week and I left there with a R8000 bill for 'things' that were broken. two days later the car started overheating. I was then told there is a hole n the water pump and had to fork out another R4000. Very suspicious indeed and a terrible customer experience.
