I had the rear of my Nissan micra repaired by dents. Unfortunately myway insurance took a month to give the go ahead for repairs, then they struggled to get a part. This resulted in my car standing in the workshop for 6 weeks. The only damage was the rear. A week before my car was fixed I am contacted to enquire if I would like front fender fixed at extra cost. I of course said no, and assumed there must be a scratch I hadn't seen.
When I fetched my car I was disgusted to find a new dent, they refuse to admit liability.
Not only that they barely gave me the time of day on collection. They gave me the wrong key for my car... My keys have my name on it and my registration is my name. Not rocket science. Interior of my car looked disgusting. All the seats are marked with grey which I can't remove.
I used to swear by this company as I had used it in the past with my BMW and my Audi... cheap car, second rate service?
