If it wasn't for my insurance company who uses Auto Magic I would have never EVER used them. The first time my car was in for a week for repairs (not much, nothing was even replaced). My car came back with more scratches than it went in with.
1. My rear window was full of spray
2. My cars name (Figo) was lying in my car
3. There was still duck-tape in my petrolcap
4. There was wight stuff all over my car that couldn't come off
5. My front door was bent and scratched (no work was needed at this part)
6. One of the spots that they had to repair (my boot door), they just filled up with polyfiller and never really repaired it, it caused to scratch the bottom because they didn't bend it back
7. There is a part at my rear fender that comes out underneath the whole time while I am driving and they say they fix it, but it keeps coming out again.
I had to go back again so that my car can be repaired (again) and now they keep saying the same thing over and over each day, they just can't finish my car! Why did I have to go back in the first time. IF YOU HAD DONE YOUR JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME I WOULDN'T HAD TO COME BACK! Now I have to struggle to get to work and back home each day!!!
