I booked my Smart Car Cabrio Passion 2002 into Mercedes Benz Bedfordview on 20 May 2013 for anti freeze replacement and break check up. They advised that I need to replace the break booster. They have been advising me since then, that they are experiencing delays with their new German suppliers in Germany. Their internal Company problems is not mine. They then offered a Smart courtesy car, on condition I pay R20, 000k excess in the event of an accident. I turned the offer down, as just driving on the roads is a risk. They mentioned that their clients have in the past abused this privilege. But in my view, I am a 42 year old female, who has been brought up to respect people and their things. I have been taking my vehicle to this dealership for around 11 years... what kind of offering is that. They have since advised that the date showing on their computer is now 11 July 2013 for the part to arrive, but can't promise it will be here. Don't sell these cars to the public if parts are impossible to come by or offer services that you cannot provide. No one has even returned my call since Friday, 21 June 2013 regarding my request for a courtesy car, with lower insurance excess
