Rude and unhelpful

I phoned DHL to ask for Nigeria's telephone number as I had training material that had left their Nigerian depot but never arrived at the client and it is urgent training material I spoke to 6 different people was given the wrong details and finally was put through to switchboard who was suppose to put me through to Nigeria directly instead she puts me through to someone called Zak in JHb who in turn put me through to someone in Jhb. I eventually had to phone back again got through to Linda who was helpful but unfortunately the number for Nigeria she has was also incorrect
