Pathetic service

I had a car accident on the 26 February 2013 and reported the claim the following day. Then they said that they would come pick up the car on Friday 1 March which they did not do instead I had to call yet again to insist that they come pick it up on the Saturday. I had to call for myself to get feedback as to how far the process is. Only after I spoke to Daniel who is the manager or teamleader did I get regular feedback. But now I am still waiting as now there is another delay cause they are telling me that the panel beater is still waiting for parts. I got a message that Sliverstar Autobody will be my panelbeater on the 12th of March, today is the 20th and they are still telling me that the panel beater is waiting for parts. Exactly how long should I wait as this is now trailing on a month since my accident and I still don't have my car. I am absolutely furious with the service I'm getting.
