Dash Rattle - 3rd attempt

I have a 2012 Kia Rio purchased from Kia Tokai. The Rio developed a huge rattle in the dashboard, there was a bulletin from KIA SA which acknowledged the issue. My issue is that my car has been in twice to address the issue and it still persists, I requested a loan car the second time my vehicle had gone in and was told that there are no loan cars - this is untrue as my friend was provided a loan vehicle from the dealership. My car was kept for 2 days at great inconvenience to me as I had to arrange to be ferried to and from work and appointments. When I received the vehicle back the rattle was still evident, during the follow up call I told the Tokai representative that the issue persists but had no further engagement. I then contact the service advisor and told them the car needs to come back but I insist on a loan vehicle - I was referred to the service manager. The service manager said that there was a loan vehicle but it was allocated to somebody else and would only be back in two weeks and they would contact me and make arrangements - that was 3 weeks ago with no comms. I logged an issue on the Kia website yesterday at 10h00 and have received no feedback.
