We have been trying to get our Fiat 500c fixed since June 2012. We had a problem with the Blue&Me system which wouldn't keep it's English language setting. We were told it was the main board which would take 6 weeks on order and then replace. 6 weeks passed and we phoned and found out the board was there, sent it in and it turned out it was not that board. So another board had to be ordered. Since then we have heard nothing. We tried phoning only to be told we weren't allowed to call the service centre directly. We tried to contact the salesman but no calls were returned.By now more things have gone wrong with the car, Roof doesn't work properly, boot doesn't open, lights are temperamental & odometer is inconsistent. On 2 January this year I went in, spoke to the new Service Manager and he took down the details and said he would check it out and get back to me asap. It is now the 28 January and we have heard nothing.
