I went into the Mccarthy Land Rover dealer on Thursday last week. This was after months of my wife begging me to buy her the new Land Rover Evoque. I call my banker on the way to arrange the deposit and told her I will get the salesman to call her with the Vehicle details. When I arrived at the dealership Inocent helped myself and my wife. I gave him a list of the extras I wanted and when he went to check which car on the floor had the extras my wife and I proceeded to have a look Evoques on the floor. My wife sat in one of the cars and Mariette came over and asked if we have been helped. I responded that Innocent helped us. She then responded very rudely that we must get out of the car as the car has been sold. She then returned and gave us a look and locked the car. I have bought vehicles from many dealerships in the past and I was never disrespected like that before. It almost felt Like we were back in the Apartheid error.
