Fiat punto dissapointment

CMH fiat westrand . on the 15/april the car was taken to cmh west rand as the pin on the hydrolic piston pin that pushes the clutch lever broke. on wednsday we were told the part was ordered .on thursday it had not arrived. on friday the part is now not available and will be put on back order and it will take 2 to 3 weeks. a simple part is not in stock? i will never buy another FIAT very bad quality. the car has covered only 37000km.a friend told me FIAT stands for FIRST IN ALL TROUBLES and he is right.
