Audi South Africa
Disgraceful personal professional conduct

I sold my A5 to Audi Sandton & was offered R315000 by Stephen Becker. I accepted the offer and left vehicle. I was advised that the "cheques" would be ready on 30 September 2013.

I went to Audi Sandton on 30 September 2013 and was told by Becker that Heidi Van Aswegen was the person responsible for the processing of payments. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, Heidi was eventually found. I enquired how payment would be made of which she explained. She also advised me that the excess amount after settling the bank balance would be made to myself and banked as "special clearance". On 01/10/13, I called Heidi who said that cheque was deposited yet my bank denied. Heidi was evasive when I questioned then she called Stephen who was rude, unprofessional & boisterous. They were going to pay me R5000 less had I not checked. I find such Audi representation disgusting. He shouted out my personal matters loudly which is atrocious & yet he asked his driver to collect a "leather jacket from Montecasino" which was left there over the weekend. Does Audi Germany/South Africa pay drivers to run personal errands for individuals?

Is this Audi SA/Germany policy?
