Eastern Cape Motors
Pathetic Attitude from Service Manage

My Mazda BT-50 has started feeling sluggish and fuel consumption started to increase. I had the turbo checked out at my own expense who then referred me back to the dealer as according to them the turbo was fine and suggested i just had the filters checked on the diesel line and pump.
At Eastern Cape Motors I was informed that I had to make a booking for the following week, I informed them that I just wanted the vehicle checked out and if necessary I would then book the vehicle in for repairs. Today is a Wednesday and next week is 4 days away. I was told that it is not possible and that I cannot be assisted until the vehicle is booked in the following week. The service reception lady twice phoned the service manager who could not care less and would not even come to the front to see me. The poor lady apologised profusely but could do nothing else but ask that I book my vehicle in, soonest for the next week.
I found the lack of interest from the manager quite appalling, I just needed 5 minutes to have my vehicle inspected and them to give me their opinion. I did not expect them to attend to the repairs immediately. Clearly awesome service is not a priority!!!
