Poor Customer Service

I bought a car at Velocity and have had the vehicle for a month now. In the first week there was a light not working and an oil leak. Then there were more lights not working. I also needed to get another temp license because the 'other dealer in JHB' misplaced/lost the documentation. A month later and I still don't have my cars licence.

My complaint is not what is wrong with the vehicle, but rather the service from the sales consultant who sold me the vehicle. I have to keep calling the Consultant to find out if my things are done or when will it be done ore find out what the problem is. If I don't call them, I don't hear anything. On one occasion I was asked to bring the car in and the person who was to assist me was not there. I was told that someone would fetch the car from me the following day, but no one came or called.

This was the first time I have bought a car for myself and I cannot say that it has been a joyful or exciting experience. I have also not received a starter pack as promised with the vehicle... oh yes, the last I heard was that the person doing my licence plates would be back on Monday.. today is Thursday and I have had no feedback again!

Disappointed!
