I ordered a package from [URL Removed] that was supposed to be delivered on the 03/03/2013. I even received an sms stating that it would be delivered today. After calling at 12pm to check, I was told the package was in Joburg, but the flight was delayed so something was wrong with the delivery. Subsequent phone calls yielded no help. I was even told that I would be called back, but to no avail.
Eventually I had to phone and was told I would not be receiving my delivery today, bearing in mind that none of this was communicated to me without having to call first.
Quite disappointing and very frustrating.
