Auto Doctor
Car crashed into and wall by workshop employee

My car was driven into a wall by an employee at Auto Clinic on the 2 October 2012. My car was damaged again when the above mentioned company promised to fix the car at their own expense but did a shabby job. Body fillling the car and hitting the car with a hammer to try and make the body filler hold. The car was written off since the damage was over R50 000. My insurance company has paid but there is a short fall of R18 000. I dont have a car ever since the incident. I have been caused a huge inconvenience. The company offered me an old stinky Fiat Uno. When my car was a 2008 Nissan Tidda. My lawyers have sent a letter for the owner Jeff to pay the money but he is just quiet. Communicating with him results in us arguing.

Just want to advice the people from South of JHB to please not go to this workshop. They are next to Shoprite Ridgeway. 12 Swartgoud road. I feel I have been wronged and I struggle so much with transport and on top of that I am paying a shortfall of R18 000 of a car I no longer have, I am not even responsible for the damage. The least that Jeff could do is pay in the R18 000 at least.
