My Dad had a vehicle financed at STD Bank. He passed away a year ago. The Vehicle was settled and we've been waiting more than 3 months for the Natis Documents. We keep on phoning, sending emails spoke to Management... No response / reply
They sent us documents - WRONG ONES and now we've been fighting for months to get this sorted out!!!
This is unacceptable... They have their money ad now we don't get any service form them... We can't use the vehicle as the licence is expired and we can't renew the licence without the documents.
The person in charge of my Dad's account is rude and has no customer service... he even put the phone down in my and my wife's ear!!! He doesn't respond...
He is in charge of my Dad's Deceased Estate Account at STD Bank.
Please respond and HELP!!
