Protea Toyota customers are King (sized )?

I recently had an alarm fitted to a Yaris at Protea after trying other dealerships (see separate report), thinking that they were the best option. It aint necessarily so. I had the alarm fitted on 29 August 2013 at a cost of R1500. After a few days, the alarm stopped working. I went back to them and was told by the technician that the clip had come loose and it was fixed within a minute and I was assured that it had been fixed "for good". On 1 October, the alarm went dead again. I ended up having to make an appointment, at the technician's convenience to have it seen to. I was eventually seen to at 10.00 am and I was told that the alarm was malfunctioning and that they had to replace the system. I told them that I wanted them to remove the alarm and refund my money, because I had lost complete faith in them and could not come back again and again. The service manager Mark Gopal said that they could not refund my money because it was an electrical part and eventually lost it completely and started shouting that he was trying to help me, as if he was doing me a favour. Mr Gopal really needs the most basic of courses in customer relations and the technician, well, the least said.
