1. I had and ask for my vehicle at 16:30
2. made me pay for brakes they hadn't put on - without notification to come back and change them.
3. As I leave the dealership approximate 3km - I realize the car is not drivable I discover my wheel nuts not tightened on front right wheel
4. there was a clicking noise in the car that asked to be sorted out - I had supply the original Honda flash bulletin on how to remedy this occurrence
5. at home I discover that no brake fluid was filled in the car after being charged on the service
6. my battery cover was broken
7. they put a self tap into my battery terminal to hold it down.
8. played music in my car till the battery run down, put a booster on it knowing full well there is sound in the car the surge fried my amplifier.
9. my battery was replaced after long fight and discount was forwarded to me month later.
10. I am still waiting for my battery cover it has been 5months
