Faith TOTALLY restored in Honda's Service

On 5 Feb 2013 I took my Jazz to Honda Northcliff for 45k service. Was told I needed a battery, a new clutch and brakes skimmed. Went for 2nd opinion... all not required. Had meeting with Colin Chipps to complain. Agreed that when and if a I need a new clutch I will get a discount. Took my car to Honda Rivonia to have brakes skimmed as recommended by Northcliff ~ they said to do it in about 4 months. Verdict: NOT required, not even brake pads required! From the minute I walked into Rivonia I felt comfortable. Tim the technician came out to greet me at the car. Cyprian who drove me home was polite and professional. Went to collect... NO charge as nothing was found to be wrong with the brakes. Am SO impressed with this service and will refer everyone I know to this branch. Well done guys!
