I pay a premium of R1600 a month or my car insurance. When I applied for the insurance I asked for a courtesy in case of an
accident. I was involved in a car. I was involved in a car accident and was told that I did not apply or a courtesy. I was
told that they'll go back to my records and listen to the conversation I had to find out if I applied for it or not. I'm
still waiting for feedback, Im ravelling to and fro work without a car & I know for sure that I applied for that courtesy
car. Worse thing is I don't even know when I'll have my car back. The guy that helped me with the claims is not picking up
his phone. I need feedback ASAP.
