Disappointing service

I have had multiple bad experiences with this branch. I have booked my car and complained about it 'over-reving' when changing gears which to my recollection, has been treated approximately 5 times over the past 6-8 months. This culminated with me having to tow my car into the branch 2 days after it's latest service where I was told 2 of the complaints I stated at service may have been warning signs for the fault but it is not the mechanics fault this issue was not picked up previously. While this incident may just be unlucky for me and I have to the branch the benefit of the doubt, I have found their technical/mechanical service unacceptable. Having complained to the branch manager via email to which he didn't even reply, I find it very disappointing! A service manager who seems to show a lack of interest in the services he provides - seems like an oxymoron. The only positive I drew from my experience was service advisor, if it weren't for the efficient service I received from him I would have requested that my car be towed to an alternate dealership. Needless to say I will not be returning to this branch and recommend this course of action to other drivers out there.
