WHERE IS REFUND & EXPLANATION

Car was booked in for 45000 service under maintenance plan. After hour was told to settle direct as MP expired. I disagreed but Daihatsu service didnt help & I was told to deal with MFC/Liqiud Capital. MFC/LC said MPstarted when car was reg in Jan 2010. Was sold 36month MP from Daihatsu [from date of purchase 31/7/13] and not told kicks in on 1st Date of Reg. Car brand new, bought 31/7/10, Zero km's & reg to my knowledge was 30 July 2010. Was asked for NATIS papers, dont have them. MFC/LC wouldnt assist further. Visited Meadowale branch spoke to Reinhard [Motorplan] explained story & said he would get back to me. To date he has not, left numerous message. I got email address for Gerhard H [Branch Man] sent email 3/9/13 was ignored for a week. Went to office spoke to Gerhard H, who assisted to an extent. Confirmed reg date incorrect as NATIS papers@ Daihatsu said 30/7/10. Car was under valid MP. Cannot get either Gerhard or Reinhard to contact me back, left numerous messages, cannot get refund on service paid R4699 and since no one has provided an update on the progress made. Sent email to GH 25/9/13 no response. PLEASE RESOLVE LACK OF SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE
