Poor service

I bought my new Daihatsu Sirion in March 2011 from Frans at the branch in Menlyn, and when I recently took it in for it's 2nd service, was told that I need to pay for the service as my car's service plan had been terminated. Apparently it was registered in February 2010, so the plan has now expired. My service adviser wasn't able to assist me, other than letting me know that I should speak to the salesperson and tell him to sort it out. I immediately did that and he assured me that he would.

Over a week later, I went into the dealership to find out on the progress of getting the details sorted out. One of the other salesmen came to assist me and asked Frans about it, but he wasn't interested in talking to me and told the other salesman to let me know that he'd sent the documents through the previous day and it was being dealt with.

I was given a contact number by my service adviser to follow it up myself and was told that no documents had been sent through to change the details of my vehicles registration. So now I have been left to sort it out myself.

I received poor service from the start and am feeling extremely disappointed that I even bought a Daihatsu in the first place.
