I took my bike for a service, booked it in with Brandon and Wayne. I think Brandon is the Service Advisor and Wayne the Service Manager. Really happy with the way they interacted with me. Explained in detail what will be done on the bike and I didn't get any "surprising costs". Great customer service, to me they are the leading Yamaha dealer by far.
