Bad Customer Service, Wrong timelines and Pricing

The dealership Parts Manager first told me my keys will be replaced within 2 days and it will cost about R6500.00. 2 days after they had my car, they told me they dont have the correct lockset from BMW south Africa and that they wont give me a replacement car as my car wasnt good enough for the cars they have. Nonetheless, the took the whole month to replace a lockset on a 1 Series and the amount was R900.00 extra (This is after the discount they claim they have given me). When they returned my car, it was filthy and dirthy and the back door panel has not been fitted properly.
