I took out a rental from Budget on Friday 14th June at 6pm, and overnight while the car was parked, there was a slow puncture. I noticed this the next morning and had the spare tyre fitted. When I returned the car on Monday 17th June and informed the service desk clerk of the slow puncture, she requested I complete an Accident Claim Form. I completed all the details regarding the slow puncture. I got a call from Budget to state that they are charging me R800 for a brand new tyre and they then accused me of removing the mud flaps (completely incorrect! What would I, a 34 year old business executive do removing mud flaps. I don`t even know how to remove mud flaps!!). The service and attitude from Budget has been appalling. I will never use their services again, and I`ll certain inform all our travelling consultants never to use their services. Very, very disappointed!
