Hi, I have reported my Big Boy Scooter with a broken exhaust to the roadside assist to please fetch it and take it to the nearest Big Boy Scooter dealership.. Even though I only reported the incident today the exhaust came loose last week and I could not use the scooter to travel. When I wanted to report it last week they needed a VIN number. I found the VIN number this weekend and phoned today to report the problem. Now the warranty has expired and Big Boy can not fetch the scooter any longer. The warranty expired on the 5th of April 2013.
